It’s natural to have questions concerning the transition to a skilled nursing facility. Many of these concerns are those we hear often from patients, caregivers, and their loved ones. How do I schedule a tour?

To schedule a tour, contact our Admissions Coordinator, Deb Nelson, LPN, at (231) 876-6600, extension 6040, or via email at debn@oceanamcf.org.

 

Is transportation provided?

Absolutely. Transportation to and from outside appointments is provided to all residents.

 

How can I volunteer at the facility?

Thank you for considering the gift of your time and talent at Oceana County Medical Care Facility. Volunteers are always welcome and encouraged.

Can my pet visit?

Yes, well behaved pets are always welcome. We ask that your pet be on a leash, clean, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. When visiting, please plan to leave a copy of their vaccination record with our Recreation Therapy Department. You can contact our Recreation Therapy Director at (231) 873-6618 with any questions.
